Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc. Engineering, or a Master’s Degree in the relevant trade/branch.
- Minimum Marks: The minimum qualifying marks are 60% for general candidates and 50% for reserved categories.
- Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 27 years as of 30 April 2026.
- Age Relaxations: Maximum age relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Application Fee
- General, OBC, and EWS candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 700/- plus applicable bank charges.
- SC, ST, PwBD, ExSM, and Departmental candidates are completely exempted from fee payment.
Salary & Service Bond
- Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000.
- Training Period: During the one-year training period, candidates will receive a basic pay of Rs. 40,000 per month.
- Regularization: Upon successful completion of training and regularization, the basic pay will be set at Rs. 41,200.
- Service Bond: Candidates must execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 4,50,000 to serve the company for at least 3 years after the completion of their training.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The recruitment process for NFL Management Trainees will encompass several stages:
- Written Examination: The first stage is an Offline OMR Based Examination. It will consist of 150 questions (100 discipline-related and 50 aptitude questions) to be completed in 120 minutes with no negative marking.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for a Personal Interview.
- Merit Weightage: The final selection weightage is set at 80% for the Written Exam and 20% for the Interview.
- Final Clearances: Final recruitment is subject to Document Verification and a Medical Examination.
