3. Eligibility Criteria

A Educational Qualifications

For Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
  • Graduation from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale) completed within the stipulated course duration.

For Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) / Stenographer:

B Age Limit (As on 16.08.2026)

The minimum age is 18 Years. The maximum age limits are:

4. Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection process consists of two stages: a Written Test followed by a Skill Test. Candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test based on their performance in the written examination (typically in a 1:5 ratio).

Stage 1: Written Examination (Objective Type)

  • Duration: 150 Minutes.
  • Total Questions/Marks: 200 Questions / 200 Marks.
  • Marking Scheme: Each question carries 1 mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

Subject Wise Distribution:
