Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Note: For SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks are relaxed to 55%.

Salary Structure & Probation

  • Training Period: Placed as Management Trainee in E-1 Grade at the initial Basic Pay of ₹60,000/- per month.
  • Post-Training: On successful completion of the 1-year training period, candidates will be regularized as Officers in E-2 Grade with a pay scale of ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000/-, along with massive PSU perks including DA, HRA, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, and gratuity.

Selection Process: CBT Exam Pattern

Unlike some previous drives, this specific recruitment of 660 MTs relies on a Single Computer-Based Test (CBT) without any personal interview round.

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): The exam will test both general aptitude and professional knowledge. It consists of two papers (100 MCQs each) conducted in a single 3-hour sitting. There is NO negative marking.
  2. Document Verification (DV): Candidates who clear the CBT cutoff will be called directly for DV based on merit.
