5. Three-Tier Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination

Phase-II: Main Examination

Selected officers receive generous allowances including D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical benefits, Leave Fare Concession, and contribution towards the New Pension Scheme (NPS).
