1 Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent in the following disciplines from a recognized Indian University/Institute:

2 Age Limit (As on 05.07.2026)
The minimum age of the candidate must be 20 Years and the maximum age should not exceed 30 Years.
Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per extant Government of India rules.
Salary & Pay Scale (IDA Pattern)
The JTO will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale Executive [E-1] of ₹ 16,400 – ₹ 40,500/- (Pre-revised) / Revised pay scale as applicable in BSNL, with annual increments @ 3% of basic pay. In addition to Basic Pay, they will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (IDA), HRA, Medical Benefits, and EPF as per company rules.
